1. Who these terms are with

These terms form an agreement between you and Conda Technology, a company registered in South Africa with its registered office at 206 Beyers Naude Drive, Risidale, Gauteng, 2195, South Africa ("Conda Technology", "we", "us").

2. What they cover

These terms cover your use of https://condatechnology.co.za and any mobile application we publish under the Conda Technology developer account, unless that app has its own separately published terms. Apps we build for other organisations are governed by those organisations' own terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our website or apps in a way that breaks any law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data.
• Interfere with the operation of our website or apps, or with other users' use of them.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy or redistribute our software except where the law expressly allows it.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing or harmful to children.

4. Accounts

Where an app supports user accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use. You can request account and data deletion at any time - see our Account & Data Deletion page.

5. Intellectual property

The website and apps we publish, including their design, code, copy, branding and underlying technology, are owned by Conda Technology or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for their intended purpose.

6. Third-party services

Our apps are distributed through the Google Play Store and may rely on third-party services (such as cloud hosting and crash reporting). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

We provide our website and apps "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those that cannot be excluded under consumer-protection law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conda Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of our website or apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law - including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any consumer-law rights that apply to you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
