Account & data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your account and personal data from any app published by Conda Technology. Parents, guardians and schools can also use it to request deletion of a child's data.

What happens after you submit a request

  1. We confirm we've received your request within two business days.
  2. We may ask one or two follow-up questions to verify your identity (and, for a child's account, your relationship to the child).
  3. We delete the account and the personal data associated with it within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep certain records.
  4. We email you to confirm when the deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, any avatar).
  • Content you created in the app (such as notes, progress, settings).
  • Diagnostic and crash data tied to your account.

Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you, and records we must retain by law (such as tax invoices for paid purchases), are kept for their required retention period.

Submit a deletion request

This form opens your email client with the request pre-filled, addressed to info@condatechnology.co.za. You can also email us directly.
